When BLOTUS was in Europe and the real leaders were walking in the street, he took a golf cart. Two weeks ago, he drove his golf cart on the green, and then stopped to say hello to some people that were videoing it and he sounded like he was out of breath. Today, for the third time (that we know of) he looked like he had no idea where he was. Seriously, there are issues.
