When I was a kid in the 1970s, it was all about the razor blades in candy apples and candy spiked with Angel Dust.

I think there was one case where some crazy SOB did tamper with Halloween treats, but now I can’t recall the details.

A couple were urban legends, but most of the others were parents doing it to their children’s candy.
