I do not understand how the Secretary of the Treasury is ahead of the Secretary of Defense.

If we get that far down the chain, money isn’t going to be our primary concern, I don’t think.

Hi Dianna! Hm, I hadn’t thought about that, but it’s a really good question. Probably have to research the Founding Fathers’ intentions a bit, but it does make more sense to swap those two roles.
