The ten accused Russian spies have pleaded guilty, and are going to be exchanged with four people being currently jailed in Russia in what is being described as the biggest spy-swap since the end of the Cold War:

Part of the deal was that the ten had to forfeit all US assets before leaving, which included multiple houses, several cars, two businesses and an undisclosed amount of cash.
