America may be headed for a repeat, or an approximate repeat, of the 1861 - 1865 Civil War. Not that the battles would be similar or anything, but some of the 50 states may well end up seceding from the Union, or changing drastically. The current animosity to Obama from Dixieland is incredibly intense. It may be that Israelis and Palestinians make peace before the American states do.
