Ohio Democratic legislator wants to extend all drug testing of welfare recipients to all takers of federal handouts…executives, bankers, stock brokers..

I’m wagering that the number of positive tests among stockbrokers and Wall Street bakers will be higher than the 2% total failed by Florida welfare recipients.
