Let me guess, they’re saying Thompson lost because he wasn’t lefty enough for them and he didn’t seek Bernie’s blessing. I feel mixed honestly about Bernie. I do feel at times his heart is in the right place but I really really wish he would shut up on internal party politics while refusing to actually join the party. He’s entitled to his opinions. He’s an elected official after all but I really don’t like his using the DNC and Democratic Party to retain his influence and then running away from them when it’s convenient.
