I think our overnight freezes are finally done, so it’s time for me to move out to the back deck and get the baskets set up for planting so we can get the spice plants out of the kitchen…

We have at least a few more weeks of likely night frost but seedlings are in place and I am looking forward to the annual ritual of volunteering (and buying peppers and tomatoes and eggplants) at the Mother’s Day Friends Plant Sale. Quite an experience for local flower and vegetable plant nerds.
