Racer X is right. Submitting such a proposal.. or even floating such a thing is political suicide. He must know this, no matter how red or anti-military his agenda may be.

It has to be some sort of a setup to get us into socialized healthcare.

Just about every move the O admin makes is a set up, a grand scheme, and a manipulation to push us further down the road to socialism.
