Question: do you think it hurts or helps that people can click the rating number on their comment and see who dinged them up or down?

It helps when you join in the middle of a conversation or thread, kind of see the land of the land.

Or see when the stealth dingers are out and about.

On the subject of steath dingers; is the a way to set a minimum number of comments before dinging is enabled? Encourage them to engage before dinging away.
