I’ll take well meaning and ineffectual over mean and crazy any day of the week, and I’m willing to bet whoever runs against him on the GOP ticket come 2012 will be to the right of John McCain (thus insuring they have a well stocked surplus of mean and crazy) unless somebody turns things around real soon….
