I don’t understand why a positive result for Viagra in a blood test would even be reported, in any official way, in the context of blood testing for a traffic stop —unless there is some sort of official consensus that it can reasonably be expected to impair driving, such as by interfering with steering.

Yeah, that’s what I’m not getting. Why was it reported?
