So you are just going to ignore what I wrote in order to make your partisan defense of a man who espouses (and seeks to legislate) extreme religious beliefs?

The text in the pic Darthstar mentions lawsuits, yet the bill in question does not. That would seem to be an example of misleading rhetoric, since it would be possible to create a fetal personhood bill that did not permit rapists to sue their victims.

My argument is on fairly narrow grounds, those being that the bill in question does not say what is being alleged.
