Charles, I’m not doubting you, I’m doubting the honesty and integrity of the Koch folks.

These people would try to get away with anything they could get away with, at an event with a lower profile. But these Star Wars characters were being photographed by the world’s top news agencies at one of the highest profile conservative events in the US. Trying to snake out of the licensing fees for something like this would be very, very stupid indeed, and you would certainly end up in court, on the losing side.
