I mean we pretty much banned discrimination based on everything but sexual orientation in the CRA-1964. That’s something I thought mots of us agreed was the right thing to do. But then again we do have a certain Republican presidential candidate whose name rhymes with BAnd Haul who says he would have voted against it. Really these business owners banning gay people are nothing more than the modern day versions of the Jim Crow south and like the Jim Crow south, they have governments encouraging their bigotry.

BAnd Haul blindly believes the magic hand of the free market would kill most racism and other discriminatory practices.
