Oh, I agree about glibertarian naivete on a whole host of issues. And this is definitely one of those areas.

I’m generally of the opinion that what consenting adults do is up to them. The issue is always coercion and safety. There are definitely legal frameworks that have worked in the past and work in other parts of the world (and even in smaller Nevada counties) today.

Yeah and it’s really the same thing with drugs too. You get the gilbertarian naivete o those issues. Even one of my friends does but some of hte others I know just think shouting legalize recreational cocaine is a winning issue. And then they without irony look down on AOC for the Green New Deal which I like but I concede is a starting conversation not the final piece.
