He never talks about spreading American principles overseas but he will gladly make a buck for himself getting a hotel or resort built.

Which really fits the theory that I think most everybody has had for the past 3 years, namely that he never expected to win and was only really running as part of a scheme to make money off perpetual victimhood as having been “robbed” of the presidency by Hillary and the DNC.
