You know. I’m sitting here thinking. Where in the world does it state in our Constitution that we have to give away money like this? Where?

Because we believe that it is best that we, a nation that has been blessed with so much prosperity and economic growth, should use our wealth to help elevate the masses of the world and drive out the old demons of poverty and oppression. That by giving of ourselves, we can promote liberty and freedom around the globe.
