I still don’t think SYG is applicable here. If we’ve heard all the witnesses correctly then the last thing anyone saw was zimmerman on the ground on his back getting his ass kicked. If all the police have is zimmermans word for what happened in that last 60 seconds it’s a standard self-defense claim.
