I really want to know what they think McDaniel would have done that Cochran has not. Do they think that Senators have dictatorial power? I know they’re not the brightest crowd but still.

He would have continued to put the fear of the extreme right into more moderate conservative politicians. If the TPers don’t win there is less incentive for conservative politicians to cross over into batshit crazy territory.
