He still has that suit in CA state court, and who knows, he may even find some hack willing to file in federal court even now.

You can’t keep filing the same case in multiple courts across multiple jurisdictions without someone catching wind and paying attention to his nonsensical ravings.

And the courts do not look kindly upon people who do this.
