So my lovely Sony Experia phone self immolated. My thigh got hot, phone started to smell hot. Well it’s a waterproof design so I plunked it in a glass of cold water trying to save it. No luck. For a minute i thought I was going to make hot tea. I loved that phone, great camera. Slim, all glass design. Oh well T-Mobile takes care of me, so new Samsung Edge 7 is charging. Ouch $. I’m counting on my phone for GPS navigation on night hikes, had that thing quit next week while I’m out hiking the Stovepipe Wells dunes might have been a bitch. Stars, map and compass I guess if that happens.
