Everyone saying the Republicans have no plan to deal with the economy/inflation/gas prices. If you believe this, you haven’t been paying attention for the past 50+ years. Here. I will lay out their plan:

Get elected during Democratic administrations just before (in this instance, Biden) their policies start having an effect - Claim responsibility. And America falls for it every damn time.

Plan:

1) Wreck everything while in office
2) Now immensely unpopular, they get voted out. Plant land mines to go off during the next election cycle.
3) Democrats try to mitigate the damage of land mines; fail to do so in the short term. Republicans get elected in midterms.
4) Democratic policies finally kick in; Republicans take credit; get re-elected. Return to step 1.
