yes, I forgot that aspect of it…mentally deranged people should not own weapons…I have no beef with background checks and registration

So how is the store owner supposed to know that the person coming in doesn’t have a history unless there is some sort of authorized and tracked system in place to verify who can be certified as a responsible citizen, able to exercise their second amendment right?
