The Palestinians have Gaza - from which they’ve wasted an opportunity to show a functioning government and the ability to live in peace next to Israel.

The West Bank attacks have only stopped due to a wall built by Israel, not due to the Palestinians diplomacy or peace initiatives (has there been a Palestinian Peace Initiative?).

What Peace Initiatives have been started and followed through from the Arab countries in the Region? What governments have set forth equal-status policy initiatives, with recognition of Israel?

Well, there is the “Saudi Peace Initiative” from 2002, but it includes a complete retreat to the 1949 cease-fire lines, the expulsion of 500,000 Jews, and a “Right of Return” for 5 million Palestinians into what is left of Israel.
