The republicans are lucky the Dem aren’t as evil as they could be. If the Dems didn’t give a shit about the country (like the Republicans) they could have moved the goal posts at the last moment and left the Republicans holding the bag of blame for a shut down. It would have been very easy to fuck the Republicans on this deal.
