I demand to know the procedure for this.

Form ice cream into balls.
Roll in cinnamon sugar.
Roll in rough chopped corn flakes.
Store in really cold freezer. (you need it solid)
Then:
Deep fry for 3 seconds.
Serve in glassware, something with a 3-4 inch stem, if possible.
Put whipped cream in dish.
Put fried ice cream in dish.
Top with caramel, hot fudge or whatever you like.
Top with more whipped cream.
Add a garnish. (cherry, chocolate shavings, chunks of chocolate, etc.)
