One of my former coworkers, from Taiwan explained to me that for much of world history that China had been a top economic power. Trump wants to push China as this evil sinister nation and I’ll admit, I have no love for a lot of their policies but the PRC isn’t a cartoon character either crackling evilly eitehr.

Some PRC regime policies really are cartoonishly evil. This business of harvesting organs for transplant from political prisoners is about as bad as it can get.
