This “attack” (mentally ill dude with a kitty keychain) happened about 10 miles from here and fell out of the local news cycle in Rochester almost instantly because two Rochester PD officers were shot later that night in the city and one was killed.

So it’s not getting any traction around here, which is fine.

I can tell you that here in Kentucky it was very big news on rightwing talk radio. They added it to the “assassination attempt” on Justice Kavanaugh to argue that its really leftwing radical terrorism that’s the problem.
