People need someone to “other” in order to feel better about themselves.

But do you think it’s appropriate for state dollars to go to schools where the emphasis is on religious education at the expense of the secular education the money was intended for? I mean, I’m an equal opportunity offender here, I don’t want my tax dollars going to any religious school, and I don’t care if it’s a Christian school or one set up by the local coven. Here in AZ, we have had some REALLY SHADY SHIT* happen with tax dollars and religious (almost completely Christian) schools, but that’s just a piece of the craziness that is the almost unlimited looting of the state treasury by charter schools.

/sorry not sorry for going into a rant about how the GOP is trying to destroy public schools in AZ.

* like kids at one Christian school supposedly being signed up for secular online education, but the monies were diverted to the Christian school.
