I’ll add the barely edible glutinous seed pod okra to that list of Foods Man Was Not Meant To Eat!

If it doesn’t tast good fry it hotter until it caramelizes in BUTTER. It is absolutely impossible to not taste good.

I hated brussels sprouts until somebody made them in a pan over hot butter till they got a fine brown tint on one side. Sublime.

Do not underestimate butter utilized in a good pan.
