IOW, he’s doing what millions of other people are doing (this, btw, is not a moral statement).

In many nations a mid-to-upper-level politician doing this wouldn’t be a big deal. In autocratic states we wouldn’t even be allowed to know about it, but since we are a relatively open society stuff like this gets out.

Anyway, I can right now pull off at least a 100 stories from the wires that are much more important to my life than the revelation that some married guy gets thrills by snapping images of his semi-erect penis and sending them to women.
