You know actually if he did run, he’d be the so called next in line especially if Santorum and Palin don’t run. Huckabee was one of McCain’s biggest challengers in 2008. I think Huckabee saw that he couldn’t beat Obama and that’s why he decided not to run. He figured he’d have a shot at whoever the Dems put up that year.

I think Santorum’s pretty much a given as far as running in ‘16, but Palin’s still iffy. But, more than likely, folks who say she wouldn’t take the job because it doesn’t pay enough are right. She’s a grifter, and the most she’s ever gonna do is tease the masses that she might seriously run, promising if she gets enough “support” (“Just a few dollars more!”), she’ll take a stab at it.
