I can’t wait for the wingnut idiots to start Tweeting about how POTUS is preventing FEMA from doing its job because Obamacare. Never mind the fact that the West explosion was an entirely preventable industrial accident and not a natural disaster.

What does this have to do with FEMA? This is Texas, which is proud of its “business friendly” low-regulation climate, let them finance the (safe) rebuilding and CREATE THOSE JOBS!!!
