I once bought cilantro by mistake and put it in the chicken soup instead of parsley.

My kids complained that the soup tasted like soap

The supermarket doesn’t help when they stack the parsley and cilantro right next to each other!

Ever since that time I break off a little piece and smell it to make sure it’s parsley.
