Mika et Al are misusing the word “believed”
And the context in which it applies

Believed as in allegations not dismissed out of hand
Not believed as in we must accept anything that’s alleged as if it is incontrovertible fact

Does that mean no woman should be cross-examined, ever?

All women’s accusations should be taken seriously. That doesn’t mean women never lie (or are never batshit crazy).
