Well the potato cake was…. different, but good. I did fry it up in bacon grease. The maple syrup was also a nice touch. Everything else was same old, same old. Though I did forego the sour cream on the eggs.

Is your potato cake fried mashed potatoes? I love frying up leftover mashed potatoes in butter. The crusty part is the best!
