The GOP more or less take it for granted that DJT will lose the popular vote. Their strategy is to create enough electoral chaos that the vote goes to the House of State Delegations, where they have a majority.

That is the threat that we have to take seriously. Democrats need to win control of the House in 2024, then they need to count the electoral votes Biden won in the election, even if GOP controlled state legislatures certify false Trump electors. If SCOTUS tries to intervene, Congress and President Biden should tell them to fuck off, because the Constitution gives the Court no role in certifying electors.The fictional scenario of violence and chaos around the election in the TV series Succession is a very real possibility for 2024, and Democrats cannot allow the fascists to seize power because we are trying to play by rules they no longer recognize as legitimate.
