I think in Oct 1962 we had the wrong man as president it just happened to turn out ok. If we had a different man sworn into office in Jan 61,Oct 62 would hold no historical relevance.
Though I do agree 100% on the Sept 01 statement.

I beg to differ. I was born in October 1962. :)
