Borderline questionable taste. Not gonna downding, but this is borderline transphobic. Ann Coulter often gets accused of being a man.

I wonder if trans folks would find the problem with such jokes insulting because it implicitly says ‘trans = bad’, or because being associated with Ann Coulter would be deeply insulting.
