After the big rush last year of bitcoin miners buying up the high-end video cards which caused a pretty significant price spike on graphics cards, Nvidia did some custom APU/GPUs and supporting hardware specifically for those users to alleviate the shortages in the graphics card markets. They do a LOT of datacenter development work that is pretty much unknown to the casual desktop PC crowd and are pretty much on the cutting edge on that tech sector nowadays.
