I would like people to show the same level of outrage on the subject of prison rape in America. Instead of that reaction we get everyone from politicians to teachers making jokes about it. It’s appalling.

I couldnt agree more with you about the issue of prison rape in america and our shameful acquiescence to it. Human Rights Watch had a report about prison rape in America in 2001 and it’s appalling — yet no one has paid any attention to it.
