If you look at some of those premade food stuffs, he got them for free or a $.5 through couponing. Read through some of the pages.

He has a page called “Lazy Couponing” where he’s “going to change the way you shop” and for some reason, assumes people shop each day for food. Do people do that? I never did that and I don’t think I know of anyone who does that.


I suppose you could save a lot of money with coupons but my latest money saving discovery is to go to the store half as much as you used to. Buy in bulk if you have to but the less you go the less you’ll spend. Buy ingredients, not finished products. I probably spend $150 a month on food and I eat pretty damn well.
