According to their twisted theology, death of the mother by natural causes is simply God’s will, but an abortion is murder, so as long as there is any hope that the fetus will survive, its life must take priority.

What really takes the cake is that, when we point out the existence of ectopic pregnancies - which, BY DEFINITION, are non-viable in that there is a LITERAL ZERO PERCENT CHANCE that either the fetus or the mother will survive - they start avoiding the question by changing the terminology. They are so insistent in their belief that every viable pregnancy must be delivered that they refuse to call an abortion an abortion, for fear that they will be admitting that some abortions are medically necessary.
