Phoenix took it in the shorts too…harder than most places I am guessing. This place boomed for almost 20 years…I hope the “bust” cycle is shorter. My house has lost over $275,000 in value the past three years.

Depends on when you bought, doesn’t it? I live in CA. I bought in 1998. The market gave me a 200% increase in 9 years. It’s taken back about 25% off that.
