That bullet could not have been targeted - the physics do not permit that conclusion.
If the vid was posted after the “attack”, the guy was obviously seizing on a fortuitous incident and claiming credit for something that had nothing to do with him. Piggybacking, in other words.
I’m sorry, but you can’t fire a bullet into the air and have it land on the window of a specific building, much less a specific office. And that bullet was a sky-shot.
Way to reach for the sky, though.
I would have thought an old Roman who had lived through so much history would be familiar with clout archery. It isn’t practiced much anymore; too hard to find a large enough range in most areas.
Assuming that’s what you’re referring to. All I heard was that the bullet entered in such a way as to suggest it came from above. I never did hear if it was somehow lobbed in from a great distance, or was fired from a high vantage point nearer the office.
