We fired all the former Nazi bureaucrats in the West German government for a reason. We didn’t want another German dictatorship. Some former diehard Nazis and SS members stuck around and used guerilla tactics to resist the Allies but in the end we prevailed.

Those Baathists bureaucrats only knew how to transfer bribe money to Uday and Qusay. They didn’t know how to run a modern democracy.
