At least John McCain crashed his plane after taking enemy fire—while BOMBING THE ENEMY in enemy territory.

Give McCain credit for having flown many bombing missions & killing many enemies, WHEN his leftist US President allowed US troops to kill enemies.

McCain’s ‘waterloo’ was not related to the military. His mistake was voting for the $700B financial bailout. Had he voted against it, and stuck with conservative principals, he stood a better chance to be elected.
