Put simply, the Romney tax plan can’t pass the smell test because there’s no way to achieve the tax cuts without exploding the deficit and shifting tax burdens onto those other than the top decile of taxpayers.

Tax cuts pay for themselves with all the extra revenue they will generate from causing massive economic growth./
