Don’t wealthy Russians own a lot of fancy homes in London?

I remember a fluff report a couple of years ago on the super-expensive neighborhood of Belgravia. It had been virtually taken over by foreigners. The reporter talked to a Colombian woman who was out walking her dogs. She said it was nice, but hinted there might be problems. When pressed, she said she couldn’t say more because she was “afraid of the Russians around the corner.” My reaction was that if you live in the most expensive neighborhood in the world and you are afraid of the neighbors, IT IS TIME TO MOVE.
